The more you shower the quicker your spray tan will fade.
#VERSAPRO SPRAY TAN WITHOUT SHAVING FULL#
This is to eliminate taking two full showers back to back. We recommend rinsing off the bronzer and then taking a full shower after working out. Working out with the bronzer on may cause your tan to streak. Your spray tan is not washing off, it is just the bronzer. You will see color coming off in your first shower. Your color will lighten after you shower off the bronzer. The color will continue to darken as the solution develops. DO NOT wash your face before your first shower either. There is a bronzer in the solution, which means you will have some color immediately after your spray tan. No sweating, swimming, getting wet or exercising until your first shower after your spray tan. Showering before the 10-12 hour time frame may lighten up your color and impact the results of your spray tan. Immediate After Care: It is recommened tat you do not shower for 10-12 hours after your spray tan.
Dark colored clothes and sheets are recommended or wearing long sleeves and long pants to bed. It should not stain, however we cannot guarantee this. Palms are not supposed to come into contact with the solution (hence the reason for the barrier cream). The bronzer may get on the insides of your clothes or on your sheets.

If you do touch your skin your palms of your hands could get stained. The solution will make your skin feel a little sticky as it is in the developing phase prior to your first shower. Try to not touch your skin after your spray tan. We DO NOT recommend sports bras however if you do have to put your bra back on we recommend you put it on the loosest clasp and just tuck your straps in. If you take your bra off when you are getting sprayed, it is recommended that you do not put it back on immediately following your spray tan. If it is raining or snowing the day of your appointment, it is recommended that you bring an umbrella and/or wear protective clothing- such as long pants and long sleeves. Place the hairnet provided on your hairline so that you do not affect the full facial spray. Deodorant is ok to have on during your spray tan.Īt your appointment Use the barrier cream provided on your cuticles, palms of hands, bottoms of feet, knuckles, and anywhere you do not want the spray tan to affect your skin. Chapsticks/lip balms/glosses/lipstick and mascara are OKAY to have on during and after your spray tan. Preparation- Lotions/makeup: You CANNOT have any lotion, makeup, sunscreen or oil on your skin at the time of your appointment. It is recommended that you have them applied prior to your spray tan, it can be the same day. Eyelash Extensions are okay to have on and do not affect your spray tan. You want to remove all of the dead skin so your tan looks as even as possible. Please exfoliate prior to your spray tan with a non-oil based, gritty scrub or exfoliate. Limit the amount you shave after your spray tan. Shaving- It is recommended that you shave prior to getting your spray tan. DO NOT get waxed after your spray tan and before your initial shower. Waxing- It is recommend that you have any facial or body waxing doe prior to your spray tan. Gel or Acrylic nails will NOT be affected by the spray tan. Your nails and toenails will be wiped down at the end of your spray tan. Individual results will vary Nails- It is better to have nail polish on before your spray tan, even if it is just a clear coat.
